My daughter picked up our dinner today at 4:45. She was the only one in the drive-thru and it still took 20 minutes. When we unpacked the order the green beans were almost all broth and we did not get our gravy for the potatoes. I called and talked to a manager and she offered to replace my order, but we had already eaten and we live 10 miles away. She never asked my name or offered a coupon for another meal. This was uncalled for.

Went there looking to purchase a 10 piece fill up. All 10 pieces of chicken come as drumsticks and thigs. I was told they had to serve half dark and half white chicken I explained no one at home eats white chicken and they said too bad. Not only that's rude but is false advertisement to have something on your board you are not going to sell. You know there is Chick-fil-A opening soon. I wish you KFC people luck staying in business you just lost mine

The food is pretty good, but the employees are extremely rude. They wouldn't let me finish talking and they took my order wrong.

All dishes are delicious. I love burgers at KFS (chef's burger and cheeseburger, I haven't tried the rest). Despite all my love for FSC, I try to go there very rarely, because it is still junk food. But when I come there, eat this food, for the next 10 days, I frantically want to come there again and again to eat their food. Well, everything is very tasty! There are coupons in the KFS that you can use to buy some dishes at a profit. Coupons can be found on the official website and just tell the code at the checkout. Which is also very cool
The only negative in the restaurant itself, as for me, McDonald's wins in this.

We bought the 5 pc tender combo at the newly opened KFC in Boiling Springs, SC. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were ok. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Worse was the 5 PCs of tenders. There was absolutely no taste or spices at all. It was not like I remember KFC being. For $9.29 it was not good at all. We will not go back at all.

I always get the best service from them in my country or when on travel. And the food is super. Finger licking good

Edit: So after two weeks of failed contact attempts to KFC, I filed a dispute with PayPal and they refunded my money. If this happens to you then be sure to screenshot your cancelled app order and sms messages to provide to PayPal for refund. They will rule in your favour because KFC don't even respond to transaction disputes. Also, file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. They are outright stealing users money, and the only way to get it back is to fight for weeks.
Original March 16: I placed an order a few days ago via the KFC app that was cancelled on their end. I received the following text: 'Hi ..., your order from KFC Maroochydore has been cancelled because we are unable to process the order with the restaurant'. The order also showed up as cancelled in the KFC app.
The app tracked the delivery driver (they use DoorDash to deliver food) to the shop and after about 20 minutes or so, the order was cancelled. I rang the store and they were not busy, with them saying there were quite a few delivery orders being picked up, so I'm assuming the cancelled order came from the DoorDash moron (maybe he was chasing a higher paid fare).
I've attempted to contact KFC via their website contact form multiple times, and no reply from them. Provided all relevant info like date, order #, PayPal transaction ID etc.
No refund. I'm out $45. Scam

DISAPPOINTING KFC CHICKEN SANDWICH.
I just tried the new kfc spicy chicken sandwich. I have to say I was disappointed. The chicken was a good size and crispy but, it was rather bland in taste. It didn't taste like kfc chicken usually does. The seasoning was off. There wasn't enough of the sauce to make a difference. The old chicken sandwich is better. If you are trying to compete with the other chicken sandwich, you got a ways to go. Please flavor the chicken better and add more sauce to the bun.

What's up with KFC? I always order the #3 combo and I ask for a small drink since the medium is too big. I always get a medium! I no longer eat bread so I ask for no biscuit and they give it to me anyway so I have to throw it away! What a waste! I said something about this to the woman at the window and she replied that that's how the combo comes! DUH! As if I didn't already know that. Are the people working at this KFC so stupid they can't adjust to a special order now and then? Guess so!

When I was growing up KFC was awesome. Not anymore. I just got an 8 piece meal from the 28th and burlingame Wyoming Michigan site and everything is absolutely disgusting! I threw it in the dumpster. Thanks for wasting my $25 again
